nature of this site, there must be a written disclaimer that people can
read. First things first, any content on the domain
hipposandrhinos.com (from now on referred to as "site" or "this site")
cannot be duplicated without my permission. The truth is, if you
ask me, I will probably allow you. Also, the viewer allows me to
re-post anything that is emailed to me or posted on my guestbook as
long as the email addresses or names are kept confidential.
Therefore, any material (text, usually) sent to me becomes property of
this site. The forum to this site at the address of

"forum") is a completely separate entity. Any action that takes
place on the forum is not in any way my fault, because I do not
moderate it. I, on the other hand, am just like anyone else and
post stuff that is of the interest to the reader. I can only take
responsibility of my own actions and not others. Therefore,
anyone that posts controversial topics on the forum is agreeing to take
any responsibility for what that topic can cause. Also, any
information on the forum can be freely used by anyone else except the
top banner (brdlogo.jpg). This site is not in any way affiliated
with extremities such as racism, violence, hatred. Anything that
may depict a hatred to something specific (such as the countdown about
Mountain Pointe High) is all just a joke for people to laugh at.
Everything on this site is cynically-based and is there to get a laugh
out of an audience. If you find it offensive in any way and don't
understand that I am joking, you should leave. I will personally
answer your questions on the aforementioned
topics, if you have any.
